Hey guys,
I haven't posted to LJ in forever, but I felt like this thing I did should be shared with the Sherwood group. My friend and I inhabit a small, two-person corner of the fandom, and her favorite character is Fox. As an early Christmas present, I drew her a thing of Fox. The colors are a bit grody, but I thought y'all'd appreciate.

My friend first introduced me to Mel/Vidanric/Savona etc. when I was in middle school. I especially loved the second half when Mel went to court. I loved her interactions with the other characters especially with Savona and Vidanric. A few years ago, I found out that there's more books about Mel's world. I read both King's Shield and Senrid this month, and though I know that a lot of time passes between the two, I have some questions about the general history of Iasca Leror/Marloven Hess.

I finished King's Shield yesterday and it was...it was...I just don't have words for it.  Amazing.
